Refund Policy

At Reeti Rivaaj, we aim to provide the best wedding services to our clients. However, we understand that certain situations may arise where cancellation or refund becomes necessary. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are processed.


1. General Conditions

  • All refund requests must be made in writing via email or through our official contact form.
  • Refunds are processed only for services that have not been rendered.

2. DJ Service Refund

If DJ services are canceled at least 7 days before the event, a full refund (excluding booking charges) will be processed. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

3. Catering Service Refund

Catering orders canceled 10 days before the event are eligible for a 75% refund. Within 10 days, only 30% of the total amount is refundable due to perishable inventory planning.

4. Decoration and Venue Setup

Decoration bookings are refundable up to 14 days before the event with a 70% refund. No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 5 days before the event.

5. Photography & Videography

Photography bookings are refundable only if canceled 15 days in advance. A cancellation charge of 20% applies in all cases.

6. Digital Services (Invitations, Website, etc.)

All digital products or services are non-refundable once delivered. If work has not yet started, a 90% refund may be provided.

7. Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation. Refunds are made via the original mode of payment.

8. Force Majeure

No refunds will be processed for delays or cancellations caused by natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.
